Live breaks and rip & ship

Rip & ship and live-break items are opened live on stream. By purchasing one, you agree to have it opened on stream and acknowledge that pulls are random and not guaranteed. Because of this, all sales are final: no returns, refunds or chargebacks. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can make it right.

Cancellations

Any request to cancel an order must be received before rip & ship item(s) are opened on stream or sealed items are shipped out.
